Jennifer Hudson Weight Loss has been all over the headlines in the past couple of years, and with good reason. Since giving birth to her baby son in the fall of 2009 Hudson has dropped an astounding 80 pounds, in the process becoming the celebrity spokesperson for the Weight Watchers program.
Hudson’s weight loss is truly an inspiration to us all – especially those of us who follow Weight Watchers with little or no success. Jennifer has proven that the program really can work with the right attitude and a little discipline, and in seeing her recent slim, svelte figure it gives us all hope that we can achieve a fraction of her weight loss success if only we keep plugging away and resisting the treats. Personally, I can’t wait to read the new book by Jennifer Hudson, released a little while ago.
I’ve yet to find the time to read it, but I just know that it’ll serve as great inspiration when I finally get around to it. Her story takes us from her early successes as a singer and actress, through the birth of her young son and the brutal murders of her family, and onto her current successes on the acting and musical worlds. The fact that the Jennifer Hudson weight loss plan has continued unabated despite the wild rollercoaster of highs and lows the last few years have brought can make us all believe that it’s possible for us, too.
If a woman can go through the elation of an Oscar, the joy of a new son and the horror of the murder of her mother and other family members, it just makes us think that little bit harder about our own lives. If Jennifer Hudson can go through all of these emotional events and still keep herself from gorging on ice cream as an emotional crutch it makes the rest of us look a little silly when we dive into the Ben n’ Jerry’s after a rough day at the office.
